FLYING AND YOUR BODY
• Avoid heavy meals before you check in.
• Moderating your intake of alcohol, tea and coffee the day before travel will help ensure you do not become dehydrated.
• If you’re going to be flying for more than a few hours, make sure you’re comfortable – wear loose clothing, avoid tight-fitting socks and take out contact lenses before sleeping. Women should remove high heels.
• Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration. Try to avoid an excess of alcohol, tea or coffee during the flight.
• Apply a good moisturiser, as flying tends to dry the skin.
• Make sure you exercise by stretching your arms and legs every few hours. Try not to cross your legs while seated. Walk around the cabin whenever possible.
• Help your body to cope better, especially when travelling to a new time zone, by sleeping en route. Every little nap helps and if you have trouble nodding off, try listening to the relaxing music channel (channel 12) on the in-flight entertainment.
• Make sure that you carry any regular medication in your hand luggage and that you have an adequate supply for the duration of your trip.
A LIST OF KEY EXERCISES
• Seating – Sit straight and tall to aid circulation.
• Neck – Roll your head from side to side, keeping the back of your neck straight and your shoulders relaxed. Repeat several times.

SCHEDULE SLEEPING
A good sleeping is very good for you. When you sleep, the energy of your body will run out more than you work for whole day. It rebuild the skin, makes your body feeling good and you will have a lighter skin than before. It’s very easy to do!
